IDA resource allocation index (1=low to 6=high) is currently reported for 83 countries. The highest value is 4.44 1=low to 6=high in Georgia; the lowest is 1.62 1=low to 6=high in Sudan.
The median across all reporting countries is 3.27 1=low to 6=high, and the mean is 3.19 1=low to 6=high.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 3.
Over the past decade 38 countries rose and 45 fell. The largest increase was in Togo (up 27.2%), and the largest decrease in Myanmar (down 37.7%).
